As Artificial Intelligence (AI) transitions from a futuristic concept to a fundamental reality, organizational leaders must move beyond reactive policies and toward proactive strategy. This four-week, action-oriented course guides participants through the evolution of AI, the frameworks of AI literacy, and the complexities of policy development and ethical implementation.


By analyzing the current state of AI at your own organization and using research-backed diagnostic tools, you will identify critical gaps in your organization’s AI maturity. By the end of this course, you'll develop a strategic AI action plan, providing a roadmap for policy, infrastructure, and stakeholder support at your institution.
