Should I purchase on this website or contact my salesperson/CSM?

We recommend if you're interested in purchasing an entire program (all of the courses required for either certification) OR have multiple enrollments, you contact a salesperson or a CSM, or email cce@instructure.com for the purchase, since we do have discounts and other benefits when purchasing multiple courses or for multiple participants.

What will happen after i purchase a course on this website?

After your purchase, you will receive an emailed receipt. You'll receive an additional email when you've been enrolled in the course(s) you purchased. This can take up to 48 hours, especially if it's over the weekend.

What are the policies for refunds for courses?

We don't provide refunds for courses that are in progress. Please contact cce@instructure.com for any concerns regarding courses and refunds.
