Elective: Leading a Credentialing Program Rollout

This course is designed to help participants establish and implement effective credentialing programs. The course covers fundamental elements such as creating governance frameworks, defining roles, and managing risks. Participants will also explore success measures and continuous improvement strategies. Additionally, there will be a focus on developing three essential plans that are vital for program rollout and ongoing success: communication, training, and engagement.
